Phase II: Drapery Panels: Rod Pocket Drapery Panels |

The Rod Pocket Panels, Valances and contoured tiebacks that are shown in the photo here are in Athena, Amethyst. The Rod Pocket Panels come in many other stunning fabrics for a traditional look or if you want to make your window treatment to have more of a casual look we have fabrics for that too. Any type of blinds or shades can be done under these but in this photo a Rod Pocket Panel is in Athena, Amethyst with a thermal Sateen lining. Window Toppers give your windows a finished look. This window valance comes unlined but you can upgrade to a Privacy Liner, Thermal Sateen or a Blackout lining. The Rod Pocket panels come 52" wide x 15" in length from the bottom of the rod so when ordering, order one Rod Pocket valance for every 30" of window width to allow for enough fullness.

Color Accuracy Policy:
Although we do our best to make sure that the colors printed on our web site are accurate, actual colors will vary. In addition, subtle color differences and textures may not be fully appreciated on some systems due to differences in monitors and/or display cards. Due to the fact that our products are all custom made, and can't be returned, you need to be sure that you can live with any color variations that are possible from our scanning of the actual samples. If an exact color match is required, then please request a sample before placing your order. Once you receive your sample, keep in mind that all samples may still have minimal color variations as stated by the manufacturers.
Also, most of our products use Color Coordinated Components. Color Coordinated means similar colors but not necessarily the same exact color. An exact match in color is not always possible for the components of the blind/shade. The color that best coordinates with the product's slat/fabric color will be chosen for use on the components. All components will not necessarily be of the same exact coordinated color. Some examples of color coordinated component would be ladder strings, lift cords, tilter mechanisms, bottom rails, tassels, etc.

| How To Install |
Installation is a breeze. If you ordered the poles and hardware from us it will include proper installation instructions in the package. Basically, all you will need to do is screw the "L" shaped brackets above the window, sheer on the valance material if applicable and then let the rod drop into the cupped portion of bracket and tighten with the set screw provided.

Phase II LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
Our Guarantee: Once you are satisfied with your new Phase II Blinds and the way it is installed in your home, Phase II guarantees your blinds will be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, provided that the product was installed properly and in accordance with the installation instructions. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only, in the original windows for which it was intended in residential properties only.
Five Year Warranty: For the period of five years from the date of purchase, Phase II will repair or replace any slat which is defective.
Our Obligation To You: For claims covered by the guarantee, Phase II will replace or repair any product, with like or similar parts, found to be defective as a result of faulty workmanship or materials, and excludes shipping cost, trip charges and labor cost for measuring and installation.
Guarantee Limits: This guarantee dos not apply to any Phase II or parts thereof which fail due to accident, alterations, improper use, abuse, neglect, normal wear, nor color fading due to sunlight, direct exposure to salt air, failure to follow instructions for measuring, installing or operating the product. Slight warpage and variation in color and grain are normal and not considered defects.
Any defect, malfunction or other failure of the product to conform to this limited guarantee will be remedied by Phase II solely in the manner provided in this guarantee.
THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER, AND IS INTENDED TO EXCLUDE, ANY ALL LIABILITY ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY, WHETHER UNDER THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE OR UNDER ANY GUARANTEE IMPLIED BY LAW, FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH THEREOF EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE IN THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE, THE COMPANY HEREBY NEGATES AND DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS GUARANTEES.
Notes: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation or exclusion regarding such damages may not apply to you. Also, this limited Guarantee gives specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. |
| Shipping Fees |
UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping:
This applies to all orders under 96 inches in width or length shipping to an address in the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. If it travels by UPS or FedEx then shipping is FREE! Please call us for shipping quotes outside the covered area. Excluding all Plantation Shutters, which incurrs a $130.00 flat shipping fee per manufacturer.
Oversize Products Shipping Fee:
If your package is 96 inches or over in width or length it will be shipped by common carrier (semi truck) from the nearest manufacturing facility to you. There will be a $60.00 oversize shipping charge for any order with products that are 96 inches or more in width or length. This charge is per manufacturer. Meaning if you order two oversized products and they are from two different manufacturers (two different brands) then there will be TWO $60 charges for a total of $120 shipping. But, if you have more than one product over 96 inches at it is from same manufacturer you will only pay one oversize fee. The fee is per order, not per blind. Excluding all Plantation Shutters, which incurrs a $130.00 flat shipping fee per manufacturer.
