Prestige: Window Valances: Blouson Pole Mounted Valance |
|
The Blouson Pole Mounted Valance that is shown in the photo here is in Colburn, Russet Blouson stuffed with tissue paper layered over Shannon, Sienna Blouson and a 1 1/4" Bamboo Pole with Wyndham Finials in Oak. The Blouson valance is a decorative top treatment that is open at both ends so the layers can be pulled apart to form a pouf. Any type of blinds or shades can be done as an undertreatment but in this photo a 2" Designer wood blind in the color Cherry is shown. The Blouson Valance panels come 75" wide x 15" in length from the bottom of the rod pocket so when ordering, order one Blouson valance for every 40" of window width to allow for enough fullness.
The Pocket/Header options are as follows: You can order a 1 1/2" Pocket with a 1 1/2" Header (ruffle) on the top or a 3" Pocket with a 3" Header. Spot cleaning can be done with soapy water but for long lasting beauty dry cleaning is recommended. These Blouson Valances will be a huge hit for all to see adding color and style to your home.

Color Accuracy Policy:
Although we do our best to make sure that the colors printed on our web site are accurate, actual colors will vary. In addition, subtle color differences and textures may not be fully appreciated on some systems due to differences in monitors and/or display cards. Due to the fact that our products are all custom made, and can't be returned, you need to be sure that you can live with any color variations that are possible from our scanning of the actual samples. If an exact color match is required, then please request a sample before placing your order. Once you receive your sample, keep in mind that all samples may still have minimal color variations as stated by the manufacturers.
Also, most of our products use Color Coordinated Components. Color Coordinated means similar colors but not necessarily the same exact color. An exact match in color is not always possible for the components of the blind/shade. The color that best coordinates with the product's slat/fabric color will be chosen for use on the components. All components will not necessarily be of the same exact coordinated color. Some examples of color coordinated component would be ladder strings, lift cords, tilter mechanisms, bottom rails, tassels, etc.

| How To Install |
Installation is a breeze. If you ordered the poles and hardware from us it will include proper installation instructions in the package. Basically, all you will need to do is screw the "L" shaped brackets above the window, sheer on the valance material if applicable and then let the rod drop into the cupped portion of bracket and tighten with the set screw provided.

Prestige Toscana Soft Treatment Valances Lifetime Limited Warranty
Our Guarantee: Once you are satisfied with your new Prestige Toscana Soft Treatment Valances and the way it is installed in your home, Prestige Window Fashions guarantees your shade will be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, provided that the product was installed properly and in accordance with the installation instructions. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only, in the original windows for which it was intended in residential properties only.
Our Obligation To You: For claims covered by the guarantee, Prestige Window Fashions will replace or repair any product, with like or similar parts, which are found to be defective as a result of faulty workmanship or materials and excludes shipping costs, trip charges and labor costs for measuring and installation.
Guarantee Limits: This guarantee does not apply to any Prestige Toscana Soft Treatment Valances or parts thereof which fail due to accident, alteration, improper use, abuse, neglect, normal wear, nor color fading dut to sunlight, direct exposure to salt air, failurre to follow instructions, installing or operating the product. Any defect, malfunction or other failure of the product to conform to this limited guarantee will be remedied by Prestige Window Fashions solely in the manner provided in this guarantee.
THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER, AND IS INTENDED TO EXCLUDE, ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY, WHETHER UNDER THIS LIMITED GUARANTE OR UNDER ANY GUARNATEE IMPLIED BY LAW, FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH THEREOF EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE IN THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE, THE COMPANY HEREBY NEGATES AND DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS GUARANTEES.
Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation or exclusion regarding such damages may not apply to you. Also, this Limited Guarantee gives specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping:
This applies to all orders under 96 inches in width or length shipping to an address in the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. If it travels by UPS or FedEx then shipping is FREE! Please call us for shipping quotes outside the covered area. Excluding all Plantation Shutters, which incurrs a $130.00 flat shipping fee per manufacturer.
Oversize Products Shipping Fee:
If your package is 96 inches or over in width or length it will be shipped by common carrier (semi truck) from the nearest manufacturing facility to you. There will be a $60.00 oversize shipping charge for any order with products that are 96 inches or more in width or length. This charge is per manufacturer. Meaning if you order two oversized products and they are from two different manufacturers (two different brands) then there will be TWO $60 charges for a total of $120 shipping. But, if you have more than one product over 96 inches at it is from same manufacturer you will only pay one oversize fee. The fee is per order, not per blind. Excluding all Plantation Shutters, which incurrs a $130.00 flat shipping fee per manufacturer.
